Return Policy

To request for a return, feel free to contact the customer service by email
Pls mention your ordernumber and the reason for return when contacting the customer service.

To be eligable for returns an item must;
- Be unopened and still encased in its original packaging..
- Be new and unused.
- Be returned within 14 days after receiving the product.

Items that are not in the orginal packaging, have missing items, an item that has been opened (and / or seal is removed) or items that are over the 14 day return window do not qualify for returns.

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and the return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and processed the customer will receive a full refund for the product minus the 15% restocking fee to the card or payment – option used in the processed order. Timetable on refunds once item is received is roughly 5 - 7 business days.

Damaged / defetive / frozen items must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order. Pls note that we advise to choose insured shipping with expensive purchases, for all details on shipping (click here).
