Standard Return Policy

There are some important things to keep in mind when returning an item purchased on .

- As a customer, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive the product(s).
- Only products purchased from (or physical store) and/ or family webshops are eligible for returns.
- Please ensure that original packaging is still intact and seal of consumable products is not broken. If seal is broken, we cannot accept the return and refund will not be approved. 

Some of our products are ineligible for returns:

- Products ordered on request by customer (that are subsequent to custom products or special need) are ineligible for return / refund.

How to

To return an item to you need to do the following steps.

- Register your return by sending us an email ( with the following information.What you want to return.
- The reason of return.
- Order number

Prepare your return for shipment.Include the original invoice or a copy of some kind.

- Include a small note with the reason of return that matches your email.
- Close the box for shipment. Be sure that you closed the box well so it does not open during shipment.
- Send your return in the original packaging to our warehouse in the Netherlands. You can send it to the following address: --- RMA departement

After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will process the RMA as soon as possible. Upon checking the return we will initiate a refund as quick as possible.

- If product cancelled before pickup and paid beforehand, we will credit (refund) the money to your bank account as soon as possible. This should take 5 working days to complete.
- If you paid with credit card (Mastercard, Visa) we will request a cancellation request or pay the money back to your account.
- If you paid with a Payment service (Klarna / Afterpay / Paypal / Amazon Pay) we will request a cancellation request and credit the money to your account.


If you send a broken machine with warranty (polisher or infrared dryer ), we will check it for defects.

- If defect is repairable we will fix the issue and return the product to you as soon as possible.
- If the defect is not repairable, we will contact you how to proceed and resolve the issue..
