About the Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E
The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900e is equipped with “forced rotation”. This Gear Driven polisher combines the cutting power of a rotary polisher with the safety of a dual action polisher. The gears force the rotation and the orbit in a more consistent pattern than a normal dual action polisher does and continues this no matter how much pressure you apply to the Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900e polisher. This results in more cutting then with free spinning dual action polishers. On the orbit / rotational pattern there is the advantage that heat build – up can be controlled more easily then with a rotary polisher.



The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E Gear Driven polisher has a 5mm throw. The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E removes swirls, scratches, holograms and other paint defects faster and easier than any other dual action orbital polisher. The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E comes with a 5” (125mm) and 6” (150mm) backing plate which go perfect with the new Rupes pads for rotary and Gear Driven polishers.

The new range of foam pads for rotary and Gear Driven polishers are featured with;
- A low profile, designed to maximize transmission of the Gear Driven movement.
This reduces pad distortion and improves stability.
- The tapered edge helps to avoid that edges of the polisher can touch the painted surface while working.

Blue Coarse Wool Pad
Featured with 2 lengths of fibres to create double density wool surface. This provides a great balance of cutting and finishing power compared to regular wool pads.

Yellow Medium Wool Pad
Featured with a fibre length from soft and flexible wool. Together with the soft and flexible foam backing this pad eliminates moderate paint defects together with finishing ability on many painted surfaces.



Swirlfree and hologramfree
The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK900E Gear Driven polisher delivers a flawless finish with a 5mm throw. The advantage is that every finish will be free of swirls and holograms. A traditional rotary polisher will remove paint defects quick, but while doing that it can also create swirls and holograms. The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E Gear Driven polisher leaves a perfect flawless finish on any painted surface. 

The 5mm throw make the Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E ideal to use on large surfaces with a 6”pad. The Chemical Guys Black Optics Microfiber pads give this polisher the ability to remove heavy paint defects while also polishing to a perfect finish. The Gear Driven orbital technology polishes even and safe for that perfect shine on any paint. The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E makes paint correction easier without the risk of burning paintwork. The Rupes Bigfoot Mille LK 900E has the same kind of design as the Bigfoot 15 and 21 (LHR15II and LHR21II).
